  in this page http://www.technorati.com/developers/ping/wordpress.html technorati explaines how updating ping-o-matic, but optins>writing>update services (the last one) doesn’t esist on my blog….? why? Thanks

  You don’t have any controls to do this on your blog because all wordpress.com are automatically updated through ping-o-matic. Ping-o-matic then notifies the other services like technorati. If your pings are slow getting through to technorati you can manually ping technorati. You just get their url from the web. The forum search box has threads on this.

  Just to clarify, that set of instructions is for WordPress, the downloadable version of the software.

  I’ve sent in three feedbacks asking them to calify the statement but they have failed to do so.
