Technorati tags used on Windows Live Writer not showing up

  I create my blog on Windows Live Writer and add tags from this site. However, when I go online to view my blog, no tags are listed. Now I’m trying to add tags to my posts online, but I can’t seem to find out how to do this? I’m new at this, so there’s probably an easy solution. Thanks a heep.
