TED shortcode not working

    After unsuccessfully attempting to post a newer TED talk, I discover that none of the videos of TED talks in earlier posts seem to be showing anymore – just a big white area.

    Is the shortcode broken? Will this be affecting ALL the TED talk posts on all of our blogs?

    Hi there!

    I’m not aware of any current problems with our shortcode. I took a look at your latest draft and was able to view the embedded TED video in the preview. I also was able to view the video in your “Vídeo: Só 10 minutos” post found here. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing:

    Might be of help to clear your browser cache in this case. Here’s a support page for instructions:

    Additionally, can you try loading your blog in a different browser such as Google Chrome or Safari to see if the videos are playing?
