  Hi – I’m so frustrated! I opened a new blog and purchased a plan for TeenyandBea.com this morning. It’s not showing up anywhere for me to work on. Here is my receipt number: [redacted] Thank you!!! (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  Please do not post sensitive information like a transaction ID in the public forums where anyone with access to the internet can see it. That number can be used by anyone to verify ownership of and take over your account.

  You are posting here as the username, emilymccollin.

  The domain, TeenyandBea.com, was bought by a completely different username.

  Log out of the emilymccollin account, and log back in as the username that you used to buy that domain, and you will have access to your site.

  Thanks so much for removing sensitive information kokkieh. I thought I was going to “help” not a public forum! I’m finally logged into TeenyandBea.com, BUT it doesn’t recognize that I’ve already purchased a plan. It’s completely running on the free version, suggesting that I buy a plan. Any suggestions?

  You need to switch to the correct site – there are two under your account.

  Click on My Sites and in the upper left corner you should see Switch site. You’ll then see a list of all your sites and be able to choose which one to work on.
