  A friend has told me that my telephone number is on my personal details. I have gone to my avatar, and although my email address is there I cannot find my telephone number to delete it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You appear to have added it to your contact information on your Gravatar profile, here: http://en.gravatar.com/profile/kathyrollinson

  You should be able to remove it from Users ->My Profile in the WP-Admin dashboard. This link should take you directly there: http://kathyrollinson.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-editor

  If that doesn’t work, remove it directly from the Gravatar webiste, here: https://secure.gravatar.com/profiles/edit/#contact-information
