  While WordPress.com does not have telephone support you are in the right area to ask questions. You can post them here in the forums and volunteers like myself can help address answer them.

  Unfortunately not, any content published in the forums is public.

  If you wanted confidentiality you could enter the word “modlook” into the tags section on the right of this screen. That will alert the moderators to look at this and they could contact you privately. Though, the moderators work in the order of requests received so it may be a while before you hear anything.
