Telling me that saving is failed

    Hi, I am doing my website but when I am trying to save it is not letting me. It is saying ‘saving failed’. What can I do please?

    Hi there,

    This usually points to a browser or a network issue, so try clearing your browser cache, and unplug your modem/router for a few seconds before restarting it.

    If it’s a post/page you’re trying to save, make sure you copy the content into Notepad before you clear the cache, else any unsaved content might get lost.

    If that makes no difference, please let us know, along with some more details of what exactly you’re trying to save.
