  Aloha riccardomasenelli, You are not able to install new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted sites.

  Are there specific features you want or is it more of the look?

  With that being said, there are still hundreds of themes available for you to choose from on WordPress.com:

  If you are unable to find one you like and think you want to try a self-hosted site, WordPress.com has created a good guide for moving things over:
