Tempelte Gone, can’t get my password?

  I’m trying to set up a word press blog hosted by Powweb. I did something not sure what and my theme template went away. Now when I try to get the password for the 28ideas.com/wp-login.php it gives me the password for my other blog bretmcmanus.wordpress.com I’m not sure what to do now? Im Thinking of starting over have very little content?
