  Hi
  I did have a self hosted wordpress site which I downloaded and backed up just before my hosting expired. I have FTP files and also the database files plus the original template. I am now looking to use your free wordpress hosting for the same site. Rather than start again creating it, is it possible to load my template onto the free wordpress site?

  No. Themes are not transferable.

  Note that there is no FTP access to wordpress.com sites and we bloggers cannot upload a database.
