  If you want to use that theme here at WordPress.com then you just buy it/activate it on your WordPress.com site.

  If you mean you want to use that theme elsewhere on a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software then you just buy the theme directly from the developers. https://organicthemes.com/wordpress-com-organization-theme/ is only for use at WordPress.com. http://organicthemes.com/theme/non-profit-theme/ is essentially the same theme for use on WordPress.org sites..
