  How can a new site be added with the existing site still being online. And also, how do we use a template as is with all of the pictures a functions in it?

  A new site can be created in the same account:

  https://wordpress.com/start/

  It will function independently from the one you have already created and any changes made to the new site won’t affect kingdriveis.com.

  I’m not sure what you mean here :) Are you asking how to make kingdriveis.com look like the Forefront theme demo site? If so, this theme setup documentation may be useful:
