I am a web designer for the construction company assigned to this domain. I am having a hard time with changing the template so I can edit the visuals to match the actual work. The owner wants me to change the visuals and dialog contents and so far I am unable to do anything with the site on the back end. Can you help me fix this? If not can you help me with beginning the construction of a brand new website.

When I go to customize the template, it only allows me to edit the dialogs sections of the template none of the visuals. I have discovered that it is not a word press template. When I go to explore other templates to replace it, I have no access to the word press templates and I cannot install themes.
