Template added to website – hire did NOT provide email and password

  I am in a real pickle. I hired a worker off fiverr to install a WP theme on my website
  They installed the theme but did NOT send the log-in information.
  This is a huge problem as we have customers coming to the site and the fiverr person is not responding.
  Is there a way we can fix this?
