Template customization

  Hello there, i am new at wordpress and i like to customize my template. The first feature i want to add is to change the color of menu with a particular color which does not exist on the selected color patterns that template offers. So, i see the premium plans and i cannot understand exactly the difference between Personal and Premium in field of Design Customization. The first offers Basic and the second Advanced. Can anyone describe me the differences?

  I believe the Personal plan has exactly the same customizing options as the Free plan. So you would need Premium to “Customize your selected theme template with extended colour schemes, background designs, and complete control over website CSS.”
