template customization not activating.

  I found a free template and have tried to customize. When I save it and activate, it does not change what is displayed online and looks nothing like the Template, Harmonic.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t save customizations unless you buy the Custom Design upgrade. All the changes you can make for free are under Theme Options on the dashboard.

  So why is it that a “free’ template doesn’t even look like the template shown?
