I chose a free template Dorna. I customized the my header. Visiting my blog, the Dorna template is below my header! Nothing I find shows me how to removed it.
Then, $79.50 shows up as the cost! On a free template?
Why does WordPress make it so difficult to customize a free blog!?

Dorna theme is a Site Editor theme, and additional template editing is needed.

The Dorna theme is indeed free. I’m uncertain about the price, though — where did you see this price specifically?
You might be referring to using Styles — this feature is part of the paid subscription plans (Premium, Business, and Commerce) and directly unrelated to the theme.
