Template file shows error

Can’t re-enter my blog. Error message! Tried to paste a script into template file. Now site does not open.

I need to complete work on this blog. I am the admin and tried to paste a line of script into Template file. After I read the error message, I deleted script and can no longer enter blog.

Since this message appeared, I can not re-enter my blog! Any answers?

I had a conversation with the web host, Hostgator.com.
Another person registered the account but has left his position.
In order to correct this problem several steps need resolved.
