Template for words press

I recently signed up with Word Press and am having the most difficult time with everything on the site.
I purchased a template via Evanote that states it can be used for word press and I just have no idea how to transfer it.All Im trying to do is have a video for my home page, simple tabs on the side that lead to my blog style site.
Please help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Return it and get a refund because you cannot use it on any WordPress.COM hosted blog like http://monicaandreacampos91.wordpress.com/
The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,

You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
