Template help

    Hi there,
    I have just purchased a template ‘gather’ and it does not do what I need it to. Am I able to remove it and get a refund? I will then look for something more suitable.

    Hi there –

    I’ve removed Gather from your account and issued a full refund of $49. It may take up to 7 business days for that to post back into your account.

    You can manage all of your upgrades from Manage Purchases. Cancelling an upgrade within the refund window will automatically initiate a refund for you.

    Let me know what features you are looking for in the theme, perhaps I can help you find the perfect fit!

    Thanks that’s great. I’m looking for something fairly similar but when you drill down to the post I would like the ability to show multiple pictures plus text (rather than a single picture).

    I liked gather as there was an option for Maps and Social media links both of which would be useful. So along very similar lines.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Liz,

    Thanks, they are all similar to what we are looking for. I am struggling to determine if any of them have the exact feature we need though.

    What I want is the ability to have a grid layout of pictures/text like these templates, but when I click through from the top level post, I want the underlying page to have the option of multiple photos (and a single text box) – with something like an arrow function to click through the pictures.

    I cannot see this clearly described in any of the templates. Is there someway I can have access to them briefly as a free trial to confirm? I don’t want to have to pay out for the template until I know it does what I need it to.

    Those themes I linked are free. You can add those to your free .wordpress.com site with no charge. Click the blue ‘activate’ button from the links to try them out.

    It sounds like you are interested in adding a gallery or slideshow to your posts. Here is a bit more information on how you set those up:
