template missing and Customer service ph or chat online

Is there no customer service phone contact ? I had used a Theme Template, Spun and had inserted all the information. Now on my dashboard it shows the site but the template has been deleted. I added another domain and that domain shows the” spun” template but the original domain “spun” template is missing. What can I do about this. It is so frustrating that there is no one to assist with these issues by chat or phone.

The person who answered you above (Bharti) is trolling the forums dropping advertising here; that is against the WordPress.com Terms of Service.

Thank you in advance for your help. I am new to word press. I read the difference between WordPress.org and com. I understand now that one of my websites is hosted by GoDaddy and One is hosted by WordPress. I was hoping that WordPresss had a customer service ph # or chat line as Godaddy and other similar companies do. It seems the option here is to get advice and help from others on the forum. I am an owner of a business Handup. I raise capital for start up companies and when they are profitable they give a HANDUP to someone else. I hope it will be a perpetuating business model in our communities living the “Golden Rule” So If Bharti is a scammer and a hacker, I pity him.
With all this being said, I was hoping to prove to some of my potential business owners that you can do a simple website quickly and relatively inexpensive with the the tools that are offered online. With Scamers, educated people not willing or Willing to give a handup will remain to be seen if this is a viable option for us that are not savy in the computer industry. Time and experience will tell. So the first question I have if you could so kindly answer.
1. Is there any verifable Ph # to WordPress customer service?If not, then I understand that WordPress is relying on their forums to help each other out and that is where you may run into dishonorable and sad people. So be aware.
2. Does WordPress charge for hosting?
3. Is there an advantage to purchase hosting from Godaddy? They stated that one couldnt access wordpresss and have your site hosted unless you paid a fee to either wordpress or Godaddy and they were the better choice. They stated they would automatically update all wordpress options and that if I did not have an exact IP address if I cancelled my Godaddy hosting that I would lose all data that I had inputted. Maybe another scam. Thanks again for your help in these shark infested waters. If there is anything I can do to help you let me know.
