Template not the same as I purchased

    I purchased a template. After we started to use and build out website, it looks different from what I was initially saw it in the website and purchased it.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Could you please share which template/theme you purchased? Have you followed the steps to import the demo template or achieve the same layout as the live demo server?
