  I nned help please!

  I am currently on the above domain, i am experiencing problems with the bg image not croping automatically to different screen sizes, the theme has its own admin panel, i make the changes to the sectional padding but to fit the bg image and the sections overlap on all screen sizes from 19inch and above but does not work, it works 0n 17inch, only is there some changes i must make to the style.css and what will that be?.
