  Does the “modern news” premium template allow users to upload an image as a header, or does ‘custom header’ simply mean you can change the text? I need to know before I purchase it. Thanks.

  The ‘Modern News’ Premium theme does support having a Custom Header image and Background. You can find the theme’s featured over here.

  Yes I can see it listed as a feature but it doesn’t give me much information. What are the dimension limitations for the custom header? Thank you.

  The dimensions will be listed at Appearance -> Header in your blog’s Dashboard.

  The header image is 960 × 110 pixels.
