  Good Morning!

  I purchased a template and within 30 minutes realized I have no idea how to make this work. Can I please have a refund? I will not even be using the template.

  Hey there! To get a refund you’ll need to submit a refund request, which is accessible through “Manage Purchases” on your “Me” page. Selecting the particular domain and choosing “Cancel and Refund” will get this process going for you. Check out this article for more details on how to go about getting that refund.
