Template settings

    A few weeks ago I was contacted by a representative regarding the problem I am experiencing with my blog. The issue has not been resolved and I am leaning toward asking for a refund if I cannot get resolution in a timely manner.
    Specifically, the theme I chose to use on my website, does not look like it does as presented on WordPress! The representative gave me some instructions that I could not understand nor think I should have to go through multiple steps for a theme to look exactly the same on my website!

    Hey John,

    I apologize for the difficulty. I believe you’re referring to http://cfecho.wordpress.com/ is that correct? The domain you mention, crossfitecho.com, is a self-hosted site and is completely different than your WordPress.com site.

    With regards to cfecho.wordpress.com, can you explain specifically what areas of your site are not appearing correctly? I’ll be happy to help you solve the issues with a bit more information!
