  Trying to decide on Personal or Premium plan depending on which one which one might have a 3 column template/theme similar to my Typepad blog: http://www.sosylvie.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On WordPress.com, both Personal and Premium plans give you access to a variety of themes. However, if you’re specifically looking for a 3-column layout, you’ll want to choose a theme that supports multiple columns. Most Premium and higher-tier plans give you more flexibility with premium themes, customizations, and layout options.

  You can browse available themes here to see which one fits your needs. As a suggestion:

  • Colinear;
  • Catch Flames;
  • Baskerville.
