  if i switch my host site from site ground to wordpress will the template that i bought (cleaning service pro) be an automatic template that all i have to change is the information on the website ?

  You will need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to use third-party themes like that here: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/
