  I have found several templates on the web that are listed as WP templates, but when I search for them on your site the result for every one has been “No Results”. Am I doing something wrong???

  There are thousands of themes or templates for WordPress available on the web, but not all of them are up to the best quality or security standards. WordPress.com works with many of the best theme authors to get their themes set up here while ensuring that any theme you use on WordPress.com is secure and well designed.

  You can find all of the themes we have available under Appearance > Themes on your dashboard, or in a list that can be filtered and searched here:

  http://theme.wordpress.com/

  Themes that aren’t listed there can’t be installed on WordPress.com, only on WordPress sites you host and manage yourself.
