  Hi,

  I mostly use WordPress.org but I’d like to create a built-out WordPress.com website others can copy to their WordPress.com management.

  Is that possible? Do plugins and plugin subscriptions work the same as WordPress.org tools?

  Could you please clarify what you’re looking to do? If you plan to build out a site and then clone it, you can use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin on a Business plan.
