templates not listed in your site

  Hi I have been looking at some wordpress sites like the one here:
  http://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/
  But since they are not listed in your templates wanted to check if tehy are usable with worpress.com or if only those listed are

  That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and the only themes that can be used on sites hosted by wordpress.COm are found here https://wordpress.com/themes/
