Templates not loading properly

  I am new to wordpress, and just paid the $15 so I can customize the css in the templates. However each time I activate a template it doesn’t work properly? My page looks nothing like the template, and I have tried activating several templates.

  Can any one help?

  Looks like you’ve got some junk in the CSS window that doesn’t relate to the theme. Try deleting all of the CSS you have there and clicking on the “Add to existing template” button and then saving the CSS.
