templates with pre-populated links?

  I want our group to be able to have our own URL on which each person blogs using the same template. One of the main components would be links back to our main site, and these links would be the same in each sidebar — already set up as part of the template. How do I do this without individually adding each link each time? Thanks so much.

  I don’t have he blog address yet for this particular project (because it hasn’t been started), but interested in hosting it through WordPress, even if what we are asking for is a paid option.

  You could make one master list of links on one blog and then import it into the other blogs. There is a links import function to do that built into wordpress.
