Templates won’t activate

  Help! No matter which template I choose, my blog resembles a blank sandbox when I activate it and view my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you by chance have the CSS upgrade?

  Yes, I do. I upgraded back before I learned that you can’t apply a store-bought template using this service. Is this the source of my problem? And how do I fix it (and can I maybe even get a refund for the upgrade)?

  You can contact staff about the rebate, but since it’s the weekend it might be awhile before they respond. And yes, it’s probably the source of your problem.

  Go to the CSS code box, erase everything there, and click Add to Existing Theme.
