terminate account

    I am currently using a WordPress Pro evaluation, and I am scheduled to be charged for the account in about 12 days. I have decided that the Pro platform is not right for me, and I want to terminate this account. I do not want to be charged for the upgrade. After reviewing the support forums, it seems the only way to terminate an account is to contact support.

    Please terminate this account immediately. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    You should actually be able to cancel it in your Dashboard under Store >> My Upgrades, however I went ahead and cancelled it for you for your ease of use.

    Let me know if there’s anything else you need!
