Terminate my blog

  Honestly, I can’t find anywhere or any help on how to terminate my blog. Please advise me on how to shut it down and close my account. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  You weren’t able to delete your WordPress.com site because your domain citytocountrymouse.com is registered through us. When this happens, we handle the site deletion a bit differently.

  Since you registered a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can cancel your domain name citytocountrymouse.com, but this means you will no longer be able to use citytocountrymouse.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.

  2) If you want to keep your domain name citytocountrymouse.com you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere or transfer it to another WordPress.com site. Once it’s attached to another site/service you can delete the site.

  3) You can keep your domain name on this site and just set it to Private so that no one can view your site. This will allow you time to create another site or move to another service.

  Hello! Thank you for your response. I would like to just completely cancel the domain name. I have no use for it or to regain it. Thank you so much.
