  How we reject or terminate this service after we purchase?

  Hi there,

  You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by visiting Your Account Profile.You will need to Cancel Subscription. If you are within the refund period, you will see Cancel Subscription and Refund. All plan purchases and renewals can be canceled for a refund within 30 days . PLease read here for more details:

  Another option is, If you would like to close your account permanently. This not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites you own and all their contents. please read this for further instructions:

  The account that you’ve written to us from has never made any purchases. Please let me know what purchase is involved and on what site so that we can try to find the right account.

  If you aren’t sure, then I suggest going to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and entering the details there. Or, use the contact support link from the right hand side of the page. That will put you in touch with our billing team directly.
