Terminated Employee Lost WP-admin access

  We terminated an employee on our company Done Desk INC and they left without giving access to wordpress wp-admin. So, we are locked out of any access to donedesk.com and need to make urgent changes to the site. I am the CEO and owner of DoneDesk.com and need some help! Thank you in advance.
