Termination of my subscription

  Some time ago I canceled my subscription. I would like to know if you have received it. Have a good day.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure what you’re referring to. What were we supposed to receive?

  To cancel an upgrade on WordPress.com, you go to the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, select the upgrade you want to cancel, and click the button to remove the upgrade from your account. The cancellation is instant, and the upgrade is immediately removed from your account.

  Manage Your Purchases

  I don’t see any recent cancellations on your account, and you still own a premium plan on the site, spotjardin.wordpress.com, so it doesn’t look like you’ve followed this process to cancel it yet.

  Please follow the steps above to remove the upgrade from your account. Let us know if you run into any difficulty with this.

  Hi there,

  Your Premium plan is still active. To cancel it please go to your Purchases page and click on the red cancelation message at the bottom. Here’s a direct link to that purchase:

  Yes, it has been removed and you won’t be billed again in the future.
