Hello, I tried to email from your TOC email but it reports it is being worked on. This is an urgent matter and needs WordPress to be aware of this breach of the TOC.
You have a site called teckmunch.com that contains stolen copyright material from OKAYGEEK.COM. They have copied their logo, page styles, about page and pretty much everything from OKAYGEEK.COM. They have even copied their stories and posts directly from OKAYGEEK.COM
According to your Terms of Service under Responsibility of Contributors “The downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;.”
If is evident that Teckmunch have not complied with your terms of service. We have sent legal notice to them given them 48hrs to remove all such content.
I request on the grounds that they ave breached their terms of service you suspended their account until this matter has been resolved to my clients satisfaction.

I’m sorry, but the web site that you have reported is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.
The fact that the site says ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which may be downloaded and installed on any web host. Please refer to http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for the further differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
