Terms of Service: Children under 13

  We as a company would like to start a wordpress blog about a “bring-your-child-to-work” day. The idea is that children will write blogposts about the different jobs at our company, we will administer the site. They will deliver content, and we will fill the blog with the content. Then the site should be viewable by the children and they should be able to write comments. Does this violate the Terms of Service, wherein it is stated that users of the site should be 13 years of age?

  All WordPress.com users need to either be 13 or older, or must have explicit parental consent to create an account on WordPress.com.
