Terms of Service Violation to Publish an Offer of Reward?

  I plan to offer $10,000 cash reward for information leading to the felony indictment, arrest, and conviction of a public official that I suspect is corrupt. Does the publication of an offer of reward on my blog violate the terms of service?

  I think it’s important to be aware that your blog can be reported to Terms of Service Staff for defamation by any person you defame. So that is why I think it’s a good idea to read what’s at these links:

  Thanks, happiness engineer and timethief. My understanding is that WordPress does not try to make the determination of what is defamatory, rather leaving that to the courts to decide. I’ve read most of these links, but will reread them again and abide by them to the best of my ability.
