Terrible customer service!

I have tried for over a week to get someone to contact me! I have tried to contact support through this stupid forum SEVERAL times with no luck. I have emailed support directly and NOTHING!
I need my domain back! I need to renew, tried to renew online but couldn’t, and now I am loosing views on my blog!
How angry do your customers have to get before you FINALLY get back with them!? Next is a blitz on twitter about your terrible customer service.
