Terrible Customer Service

Does this site always have such awful customer service, or is it due to COVID-related cutbacks? I want to ask about a credit card charge, which doesn’t seem like the kind of topic to be thrown there for general consumption. There is supposedly LiveChat, but it’s impossible to access!

If you have a paid plan you do indeed have access to email and Live Chat with staff. Perhaps you need to be logged in to the correct account that owns the upgrade as this account you are posting from now is only 2 months old. What is the full address of your site?

Live chat is available to owners of paid plans, but the account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and only owns the free site, http://stephanietherapist.wordpress.com. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.
This forum thread is the first time you’ve ever contacted our support using this account since you created this account two months ago.
I see you have also submitted a support ticket via email where you have included a transaction ID. I will reply to you there, as we cannot discuss transaction and account access details here in the public forums.
