OK, everyone…
First, the account I am using for this thread is not the account that isn’t working. Second, I have tried everything that can be done without someone actually looking at my account and fixing it. I receive no replies to my email when trying to change my password. I have worked with two people in chat to try to fix this. the second person said they would elevate the issue. I have yet to hear from anyone that can actually fix the problem.

As Gemma also indicated above, we replied to you via email on 20 December, and have received no further replies from you on that email ticket since then.
I also don’t see any account recovery or password reset requests for the
