  Hi @austinsangs, Thanks for your help here. When tagging a user’s thread as a duplicate, please also reply to the user in their duplicate thread that you’re answering them elsewhere with a link to the thread where you’re replying or have replied and then add the duplicate and modlook tags so the duplicate thread can be closed. Appreciate your assistance. Cheers!
