  Hi there, it looks like your site at thepicturebar.com is using a Premium Theme, https://wordpress.com/themes/creative-portfolio/ There’s a lot of information about setting up this theme on the Theme Showcase page. Make sure to click on the Support button at the top.

  Also, as a part of your theme purchase price you have access to a special forum just for that theme. You do need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the theme in order to post there.
