Testimonials carousel disappears

My web developer created a carousel of podcast reviews on my homepage using the Testimonial plugin for WordPress. Sometimes the carousel disappears — this happens if you click off the landing page to another page on my website, and then click a link (or the browser’s back button) to my homepage. If I reload the homepage, the carousel reappears. I tried clearing my cache, and I’m still having the same problem. Do you know what might be causing the problem? (My website is using WordPress but hosted through the Namecheap hosting service provider.)

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
