Testimonials Support

I am using the Goran Theme which supports testimonials. I have added some testimonials but I’m not seeing it on my site. Where can I find it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/themes/goran/ That’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://gorandemo.wordpress.com/
All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/
Search for testimonials there https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=testimonials

Testimonials shortcode

Thanks for the quick response. I’ve read through those documents but I’m not finding the answer. When I add a testimonial it does not appear anywhere I can see. I think it is supposed to appear on the homepage but it is not and I can’t seem to find out how to make it appear.

Hi there,
I can see the testimonials at the bottom of your site’s front page. Have you figured this out?
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
-
Oh thanks! I figured it out. FYI there are two ways that it could appear either automatically or manually.
Automatically: I needed to change the page attribute – apparently the testimonials would only appear automatically to the ‘front page template’ and I had the ‘default page template’.
Manually: I entered the short code [testimonials] and it appeared.

Thanks for confirming, and yes, those are the two methods. The front page template is specific to your theme – not all themes have that template and not all that do display testimonials as part of that template.
The shortcode, on the other hand, can be used on any page, regardless of theme, and you can add your own content on the page in addition to the shortcode.
Note that you can also view all testimonials at the archive link, https://thesoulhq.wordpress.com/testimonials/
You can add that link directly to your menu if you set up a custom menu, then people can view all your testimonials there.
