Testing different themes with the same configured plugins

  Community, in the absence of settling on a WP theme, is it smart to have all the plugins before hand? This way we can configure the plugin, and whichever theme we choose, the theme should work as expected across a wide choice of themes. Correct? In other words, we know many of the plugins we need, but we haven’t yet settled on a theme. To test the look and feel of each theme, will the configured plugins work as configured as we change themes?

  Smartest of all is asking in the correct forum for your version of the software, which would appear to be WordPress.ORG.

  WordPress.COM blogs cannot install plugins, so we cannot answer those questions here. They do not apply.

  Thanks Raincoaster.

  We’ll soon be posting a job for a expert WP developer to help get our site up and running. Time is money, and an expert WP developer will save us both. In the meantime I welcome your input on where to look/reach out to connect with seasoned WP expert developers.
